Jinay has more than 6 years of experience working across the transaction cycle including Investment Banking and Due Diligence. Prior to joining Ananta Capital, he was associated with Haitong India Investment Banking team for around 3.5 years wherein he was actively involved in closing 6+ M&A transactions across BFSI, Fintech and logistics sector. Previously, he was also associated with EY India and Deloitte India in the Transaction Advisory team for over 3 years. He was also involved in statutory audits and process improvement functions with Deloitte during his 3 years articleship stint early in his career.

Jinay is a Chartered Accountant and has completed his CFA (USA) and Company Secretary course. He has completed his graduation from H R College – Mumbai.
